Do you ever feel stuck in the same patterns of worry, hurt, or dissatisfaction in life?

Are you exhausted from running away from the ongoing stress that keeps you up at night? Maybe you’re struggling to move on from negative life experiences or trauma. Or perhaps you find yourself caught in the same painful cycles in your relationship or marriage—patterns that feel impossible to untangle.

My name is Hannah Tomlinson-Gellatly, and I would love to help you on your journey. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here!

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and teens work toward growth and healing. With my non-judgmental approach, I believe that when we collaborate to face your pain and fears together, you can find strength, courage, and healing.

My approach is depth-oriented, meaning we don’t just focus on the symptoms you feel stuck in—like worry, sadness, loneliness, or disconnection—but we also explore your story. By inviting compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, we can rediscover your purpose and create meaningful change.

I truly cherish the uniqueness of every client I work with. Coming from a Christian faith background, I also find joy in helping those who wish to use their counseling journey to connect with their faith, spirituality, or values system.

My Background

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte. Originally from Oklahoma, I moved to Charlotte in 2016 and have loved calling North Carolina home!

I met my husband here, and in January 2025, we welcomed our first baby boy. We also share our home with our sweet golden retriever, Benny!

In my spare time, I love being outdoors, exercising, trying new restaurants, and unapologetically watching sports—especially my Oklahoma Sooners!
